RUNmaröloppen 2025
Welcome to Runmarö in the heart of Stockholm's archipelago. A day full of running, food, ice cream, swimming and a wonderful atmosphere along the beautiful courses. The races fit the Vaxholm boats schedule and therefore a perfect day trip.

Start and finish at Svängen restaurant
Start and finish for all races is about 400m from the ferry.
Mini-Lunken starts at 11.00. Lunken and the Half Marathon start at 13:00.
At Svängen you can leave a bag, have some great food and hang out before and after the race.

Run your race
The races are marked with fixed signs, orange enduro arrows and volunteers. As always, the people of Runmarö offer lots of wonderful energy stations all over the island.

After your race
Upon finishing everyone receives their well-deserved medal, finisher drink and all Mini-Lunkers also get an ice cream. Take the opportunity to have something to eat and drink and don't have too much of a hurry home.

Results and prizes
The results are published online directly after your finish and the award ceremony takes place after the Mini-Lunken and about 15:30 for Lunken and the Half Marathon. In the evening there will be a dinner and party at Svängen, so feel free to stay and take the last boat home.

Information about the races
For all kids born 2013 and later as well as Seniors 65+ we offer Mini-Lunken 1.5km, a fast-paced race full of energy. Lunken 5.7km offers an incredibly beautiful course through lush sheep pastures and old villages. The Half Marathon 21km is perhaps Sweden's most beautiful and takes you around the whole island with all its history.

Prices for the races
This year we have adjusted a little after 7 years of the same prices.
Mini-Lunken 1.5km: SEK 60 including race bib, medal and a sccop of ice cream.
Lunken 5.7km: SEK 150 including race bib, medal and finisher drink.
Half marathon 21km: SEK 350 including race bib, medal and finisher drink
Run with your dog category and all four legged runners get a tasty medal.
​​20% of the surplus is donated to Skärgårdsstiftelsen .

Limited number of spots
Runmarö is a small island, and we care deeply about the environment and the experience for everyone — not just the runners. Therefore, we are initially offering only 150 spots for the Half Marathon and Lunken. An additional 30 spots for each race will be released the evening before, at 6:00 PM on July 19.
